Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and decorations. We kindly ask that you avoid items with nuts to keep our space safe for all children. For decorations, please avoid confetti, glitter, and any items that could pose a choking hazard or be difficult to clean up.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and time. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own entertainer, such as a magician, face painter, or character performer. Please provide us with their details ahead of time so we can coordinate their setup. We also have a list of recommended entertainers who are familiar with our space and setup.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, keeping in mind that we are a nut-free facility. We also offer catering options and can recommend local vendors for cakes, snacks, and more. Please inquire for more details when booking.

Yes, private parties are available on Sundays and are ideal for those who prefer exclusive use of the entire facility. This option provides a more intimate and controlled environment, perfect for larger groups or those seeking a quieter setting. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

Yes, you are welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to set up for your party. Our team will be there to assist you with any setup needs and to ensure everything is ready for your guests when they arrive.

Each birthday party package includes 2 hours of exclusive access to the play area and 2 hours in the party room. You can also add 30 minutes for an instructor-led class, music/dance session, art class, or additional playtime. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add any of these options!

We recommend booking your birthday party at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially during weekends and peak seasons. Availability can fill up quickly, so the sooner you book, the better!

We kindly ask all parties to adhere to their scheduled time to ensure a smooth transition for the next group. If additional time is needed, please arrange it in advance. Exceeding your scheduled time without prior arrangement may incur extra charges and may not be possible if there is another booking immediately following. You can book an extra hour for $100, subject to availability.

We offer a range of time slots for birthday parties, typically on weekends and select weekdays. The most popular time slots are 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Please contact us for current availability and to find a time that works best for you.
